    96XP Carb PTO rebuild Question

Is there a seal on the back plate before you screw it shut? My book does not show break down of PTO.

Not sure what you are asking ???

rear most of carb is the diaphram cover & the other side is the "fuel pump side" gets oring & filter only.

Fuel diaphram side or inlet side of carb? Ditto Grumpy. On diaphram side the diaphram is the gasket.
Some Mikuni parts explosions actually show gaskets that are not used in the Seadoo applications - best practice is to copy what was there. Only problem with that is the person before you could have gotten it wrong.
