    shipping a x2???? who did you use?

    my good friend lives in texas, he has to move and told me i could have his prime 94 x2 with a 750 swap if i can get it.... ive tried hitting up a bunch of shipping services but no one has gotten back to me. whos everyone using to ship and has anyone shipped from texas to cali? price???
    750 x2, 550/650 conversion, all stock 89,race x2 project!!!
    And way to many Kawi parts!

    GOOD NEWS if it doesn't run it makes great yard art!

    I've used uship.com with success a few times. I was shipping motorcycles they should ship the x2.

    **** man old boy told me $1800 from u ship..... its not even worth it at that rate....

    uship.com works on a bid system. Companies/people transporting the item(s) set their price on shipping it. Keep trying it and you may run across someone that is already going that route that can handle the load at little additional cost to them and they might set a low price.

    I used Uship to move a hopped up golf cart from AZ to WA. Cost $800.

    be flexible with the p/u & delivery dates on Uship listing. Make a rolling cart for it. the shippers want it to move easily. Get(have sell grab from Harbor Freight) some movers dollys & connect them together with a 2x6 & screw it together to make a 'skateboard'.
    then wrap with a movers blanket & wratchet strap it to the 'cart'. super easy transport & should only cost about $30.
