    Okay i did that, and still it does the same as mentioned above. So this rules out any ground issues correct?

    Any other insight? Still stumped. Also, i checked continuity between positive on my starter solenoid (starter side) terminal to negative on my battery and there was continuity. Is this normal?

    Perform a voltage drop test, it is too complicated for me to get into here but I will provide a link, this test not only tells you how much current you are losing but will help you pinpoint which component is actually to blame. Now the video really doesn't get into one aspect, they are checking the whole ground side and or positive side.

    To find a problem connection or wring problem you test between every connection, fuse, cable etc.
