    never have I pressure tested carbs together like that, checking passages into the throat is standard for me but complete leak testing and knowing the diaphrams and external gaskets are good is new to me, maybe I have lucky up till now, I will put this to use tomorrow night at the cottage and test Sat morn, pop off tester in hand, Thanks again will let you know Dave

    The pop off specs is 23-43. I personally set them to the lower limit and I have had no trouble. I would aim for 25psi.
