    Re: Winterization

    This is how I do it in my shop;

    Add a fuel stabilizer to your gas. We recommend filling tank to avoid condensation.

    Run engine to get stabilizer into the fuel system.

    While running engine, blow out all lines with air to get water out of the system. Blip throttle to get water out of exhaust, and water box. Your particular ski you can get all the water out, no need to add antifreeze.

    Fog engine through carbs to kill. Remove spark plugs, and spray fogging oil in each cyl. Turn engine over to spread oil.

    Grease driveline, cables, steer bushings, pump bushings etc.

    Pull battery, charge periodically through the off season.

    Yes you can run them without water for 15 - 20 seconds or so. Do not let it get hot.

    Good on the Startron. That is what we use here as well.

    You should be able to get fog oil at your local auto supply store.

    Blow air in the hoses from the head. You want water to go down & out.

I started them a few days ago and blipped the throttle a few times til no water came out any more I had them tipped way up in the front when I did this they are in my shop so they stay warm til i get this done we get well below zero so i don't want any issues
