Correction... connections are labeled ABOVE the black rubber boot on the fuel baffle. But BELOW the fuel line connections(nipple) in the white/yellow plastic housing.

Check the lines because you said you changed the fuel lines and things can get easily connected in the wrong order.

How about the carb fuel line connections? Are they connected correctly as well?

Be sure to trace out the lines from the fuel baffle(the connections are labeled in the plastic below the black rubber boot) to the carbs.

The fuel valve is the biggest source of restriction. Go right from reserve to carb & see what happens.

The aftermarket diaphragm nipple or tab is too long as opposed to the Mikuni diaphragms.

The aftermarket needles don't seal as well as the Vito's tipped needles.

This all equates to flooding, hard starts and bogging.

You didn't experience those symptoms because you used genuine Mikuni kits.

I don't know what "LHC" is. So I can't answer that.

Another symptom of junk N/S are fitment issues. I just found this out first hand yesterday as I used a genuine Mikuni kit. But opted for aftermarket needle & seats. The o-ring is to thick and does not push in and seat correctly. Even after using oil, spit and an Allen head socket.
