I'll do it for $100 a piece for the large pieces. Like the one in the picture $300 should do it. I can do the carbs for $50 and cylinder head for $75. I'm in Vegas so you might have to ship the parts to me.

Was the piston cleaning requested by a customer or is it just one of your demos? I can't imagine any sane person wanting one cleaned for an engine that is actually in use.

The piston is a demo. I'm going to reuse the connecting rod when I put my boat engine back together as they are disconnected. So yea, just showing off what I can do. Looks good as new!

That would be nice to have equipment like that. After regular media blasting there's still thorough washing to be done. I'm betting after the wet blasting process a simple rinse is all that's needed.

Yeah, all you have to do is rinse the part off. The finish is kind of sealed also, so when your working with it grease and dirt don't stick so it stays cleaner longer. I did a dirt bike engine also and on one of the side pieces I can draw a line on it with a shape and it wipes right off. If you want some stuff blasted I'm sure we can work something out.
