What Would These 2 1998 750 Skis Bring?

I've been out of the loop for so long now, not fired and ridden anything I have in 10 years, I'd like to see what my newest skies would bring on the market, if put up for sale this year.

I can change these skis to stock, which is where I'd like to start the conversation, because parting out will reap more money.

98 XI Sport: I have the oem bar foam and cover.

98 SXI Pro: Will only need a airbox for the carbs.

They both ran great, last time rode, so a battery for each would be required.

Neither have been salt watered; super clean engine bays.

They have been garage kept 12.5 years under my ownership. I was forced to move (divorce is a simple term), but they were under a tarp for 5 months in the driveway as I started my collection of cleaning.

Take a look at the pic and let me know your thoughts.

I am sorry to hear of your situation, its hard to say what they are worth completely without taking a close look. I am sure you will find a buyer. The 750 engines are in demand for conversions like x2s and 550sx models. You should make a package deal and list a asking price to your liking, trailer too. Good luck with the sale.

Sorry to hear about the situation as well. Might be interested in the SXi Pro. Any chance you have more pics you can share?

Pics that I have from last year, when pulled them out for the move and washed the dust off of them.

Currently, the SXI Pro has 4 degree bars, a Skat-Trak intake grate and a R-Pot carbon fiber rideplate. (the least modded of the two)

I have the OEM parts and plan on pulling the WestCoast velocity stacks off.

          In my area that's about a $ 3000-3500 setup.

Clean stand up skis are getting good money right now. The SXI Pro is the most desirable version of the 750SX and that is a very clean ski.

The X2 and my very first ski, the 550, will remain with me for many years to come.

When my daughter turns 16, we've got to have something fun to ride, as I introduce her to the sport; old school style.

I have more fun on the X2 and 550, cause that is what I grew up on.

I never adjusted to the turning characteristics of the newer hulls, but riding took a big downturn when paying all of the bills and being the only person with a job.

They've costed me nothing keep around and still don't, but just like the 3 motorcycles, you've just got to learn to let go.

Just hang onto them. You will regret the sale. Eventually you will have time for them.

SXI Pro sold in spring, but the XI is still taking up space.
