Well guys, I hate to do it but I may need to sell this thing. Looking at making a cross country move and buying a house in the coming months. Once that happens I honestly dont see anything happening with this for a while. Feel free to shoot me an offer if your interested.

BTW Kurt the water in by the back cylinder was a common fix for superstock engines, because the cooling was uneven apparently and the rear cylinder always got hotter than the front. This fixed that issue. Mtrhead when he ported my xir's / sxi pro's superstock 800 set it up the same way. One thing I'm curious about though is how beneficial is it if you aren't running at race speed all the time, to generate that heat. As such I might cut down that water in a bit at that location when I put my xir back together this year.

Sad you have to sell this! In a perfect world I would take this in a heartbeat, it's a definite once in a lifetime opportunity. Being responsible just plain sucks! lol. Good luck with the move and the sale.

Just curious if you ever sold it or put it together. You have a diamond in the rough there my friend! In 98" I was able to get into Kawasaki's pit at the NJ round of the pro tour to drool over Sheldons ski. The mechanic there gave up a few little tidbits of information about the ski. Just not as much as I would of liked to have known. He said that only seven of those pipes were made and that the controller for the powervalves were made by Mitsubishi for KHI. Cool stuff bud! The haydays of racing.
                Good luck!
