    Kawasaki 650 TS

1990 Kawasaki TS. When I went to start up the ski today it cranked a few turn and then locked up. There was a gurgling sound when it happened. I pulled the plugs and cranked it and I got an oil bath. The oil tank was full. But after trying to crank it a few times it is now empty. What happened?

Bad check valve and oil filled the bottom end? Just a guess

Is there a check valve in the oil injection plate?

I purchased an x2 that did the same. Pulled the plugs and did a few squirts of oil to the cylinders before cycling to prep for a compression test after sitting so long and found out a split second after the whole motor had the oil tank in it... Ski was stores up right supposubly but never understood how that happened.
