Rest of the stuff for the build is ordered.
    Hooker 9/15
    New X2 driveshaft from RHAAS
    and a Zeeltronic.

Have dual 38s now, rebuilt. And my total loss flywheel is on its way back from Chris Newmiller.

    More to come!

Super nice build bandit!! Looks good with the new mats! Really cleans it up. Also can’t wait to see the new version and see the outcome!

Are you gonna put a pole pad on that bad girl? Would look pretty sweet and tie it together well

Ha yeah, everyone asks me this. Ive been meaning to put one on for 5 years now but its been a combination of I stopped caring, and I just havent found the right pad yet. OEM ones are expensive and there isnt a whole lot out there. Some day...

    Let's just freakin make one.
This ski is begging for a ho-made cherry on top.

Gotta use the blue stuff...the stuff solar covers for swimming pools are made from, cuz the UV resistance additive makes them blue.

But almost seriously, I have some 1/4" thick UHMW left from my Apex rear sponsons. Could make it with that, then use weldwood to cover it in padding and turf

Re: New Project, JS Conversion freeride ski

Took the day off yesterday since I didnt feel like working, and I have 6 weeks of PTO saved up. Spent most of it working on the ski. New conversion bearing installed, driveshaft aligned and spaced. I had a RHAAS driveshaft on order for a couple months but whomever makes his driveshafts is way behind. I ended up getting a driveshaft from Watcon. Thanks John for the fast turn around! Driveshaft is very nice, had a thicker profile than stock and was straight as a arrow.

Also spent around 4 hours putting my ebox together. Used all OEM style connectors, crimped and soldered. My goal for this was to fit the Zeel CDI and USB programmer in it. Was able to do that and have the USB easily accessible out the fuse access hole. Gonna do a mock test to make sure everything works the way it should. At that point I can mount the ebox and reassemble everything else. Hope to have it back on the water this weekend.

Full specs for this build are:
Rebuilt Crank - Not SBT lol
Ported Cases that came from a TS that raced in the 1990 WF
    Ported cylinders
    STD bore OEM pistons
    25cc Ocean Pro head
SXR Flywheel with magnets removed and further lightened. Thanks Chris Newmiller
Dried out OEM pipe, the later model with 2" outlet.
Custom TDR 550sx waterbox with 2" pipes along with a 2" TDR Resonator
    750 Pump with Hooker 9/15, 80mm nozzle.
Zeel CDI, starting with a stock SXR curve and then moving to something a bit more advanced
