Been a year and nothing on this thread. Would like to revive. Been away from the jet ski scene for 20 years and bought a used 17 that was titled in 18. Had about 15 hours on it for $6600. Love the ski and easy transition even though been away for quite awhile. Have the Watercross of Texas ride plate intake grate and getting the sponsons next. Handles pretty well. Looks like Macboost air cleaner ribbon delete etc next. Will also do a full jettrim mat kit this winter. Get up to speed on this thing then prop and tune. May race the thing in 2020 as well. What is the best pitch for the prop? 13/17 or 13/18? Will do mostly a 93 tune with optional race gas tune.
