    same 15f engine but lower and farther back
    shorter narrower pump nozzle 87mm 102mm length
    same pump and impeller as other 15f's 148 mm
    6 gallon fuel tank
    30" width 8'8" length
    splash deflector and rear sponsons
    twice the torc an power curve as original sxr 160 hp
    fuel and engine warning lights on handpole
    small non-waterproof compartment under handpole
    slimmer muffler
    tray is slightly enlarged 16" x 34" rectangular with slight slant forward
    gross weight?
    top speed?

    Man the front end of that thing is ugly. Looks like a catfish or something. Kinda shoulder like.

    certain views make it look like a 550 wit the wedge on it.
    also kinda looks like a sxr got swallowed by a bigger stand up.
    not pretty but not bad either.but 550 lbs??? geeez most couches don't weigh that much!

    I already know how to drop it almost 14 pounds. I'll do that 1st. and go from there.

    look how much wider the top hull is to the bottom, wow!
    Also.. the hull is so different.. no parts from the 800 sxr can be swapped.
    but, I'm already seeing swappable 15f parts for sale on fb.
    The engine can be significantly upgraded.. proven with the other models in the kawi line-up.
    but I don't know how anybody's gonna be able to shave weight off of it, other than a few bolt-on's and a lightened hull.
    that's gonna be the big trick.

    anybody know the weight of just a 15f engine alone?

    I work & ride 15Fs all the time & have to say that I really do like the power of the 15F motor.

    The big problem we see is corrosion that clogs the cooling system,corrosion of hardware & the big #1 is when the pump bearings go bad the impeller will push the driveshaft forward it puts excessive thrust on the crank causing the motor to fail.

    Good work Kawasaki !! Now we need a X2 !!
