951 water jacket leak - Cant find it

I am in the process of rebuilding a new to me 951 DI. I can pass the leak test on the engine with flying colors. It started at 5 lbs, and 10 hours later, dropped to 2.5 lbs... The cooling path I can not get to seal.

I started with 1211 on the head gasket, with no luck, only to find out the cylinders were warped. I took it to a shop and had the cylinders and head trimmed. New thicker base gasket and copper spray, and nothing... I drop 2.5 lbs in 3 minutes.

I can not find the leak. I have sprayed everything I can think of, and nothing...

If I had a cracked cylinder, wouldn't I have a leak out on the engine leak test?

I want to get this ski on the water this year, but it is not looking good...

The leak is in the cooling circuit or inside the cyl. block?
It also maybe that you have a leaky pressure test equipment.
I know, this is a very boring task but you have to start with order and exclude a potential cause at time. Check the integrity of the pressure test instrument, look at every connection you made,
Normally the solution is the simplest...
    Good luck
