I have a 2002. What do you think the was the cause of the ECU quitting? Any speculation? Water? Heat? Age?

I had 285 hours when it was replaced. Who knows? Because it is always on a lift and I don't own a trailer, I never paid attention to the small amount of water/oil mix that was in the hull,
BUT NOW I DO! Would love to be able to put it on a trailer on a slope and pull the drain plugs and hose it out.

Spent a couple of hours dropping shop towels down into the hull to sop up the goo and get it out. Left the seat off and let the insides air dry. Put in a rectifier at around 125 hours after my new AGM died. A connection there???? Who knows.

If you read my previous posts you'd see that summer 2016 it was unusable, this year it ran perfectly the first 8 hours I used it. I'll trust the fix after I log a lot more time on it. Engine codes were (if I remember correctly) "01", 113 and 124 just before I took it to the dealer-or should I say, the dealer towed it away from my dock.

BTW-rode it back from the dealer 24 miles on rough water/traffic without a hitch. Trip took a little over an hour.
