    Js650 westcoast exhaust

Ok, last season i was riding my favorite 650, and it started bogging, soon it got hot, then filled the hull with water. I got it dragged to shore, and started looking into what was the cause. I noticed the rubber coupler that meets the fat end of this section of the exhaust was blown out.
I called it a day, and purchased a new rubber coupling and installed it. I ran a garden hose to start it outside of the water and noticed that "fitting2" had broke off inside the threaded port(as pictured) and the exhaust was spraying water out port2... so I'm assuming that was the reason for the initial overheating which caused the coupler to melt.
So i got the "easy out" and attempted to pull the remaining copper fitting piece out of port2..
I was having difficulty and took a break for the night. Well the night got fairly cold and i believe the aluminum contacted with the easy out inside, which caused port2 to split/Crack. ..
So i had a buddy weld/fill in port2, so i could tap a new threaded hole in. Well i wasn't thinking about the fact that the water needs to penitrate the port.

At this point i am unsure where or how I'm going to find the channel/hole in port2.any ideas or tips? How about: does anyone have a westcoast exhaust that has the time to pull the copper fitting out of port2 and snap me a picture inside the port, so i can have an idea what do l need to do or where to drill to allow the water to flow?2016-06-26 07.44.13.jpg2016-06-26 07.41.08.jpg2016-06-26 07.39.53.jpg
