550 Seized Pump frozen to drive shaft

Hi team, looking for ideas on how to get this pump out. The pump was sized, locking the motor (the coupler on the motor side moves the impeller side does not. I have removed all the bolts, and I can pull the pump down towards the bottom (so no silicon holding it) and complete pass a screw driver threw. I have tried banging with a heavy rubber mallot still doesn't remove. I have disassembled the bump from the rear, wondering if I can put a steering wheel puller and pull the section with fixed fins away from the prop which appears to have swollen into the sides. I have tried PT grease several times. I'm thinking maybe a torch but scared to burn the ski.

Any ideas? I was thinking to maybe cut the driveshaft or use a butane torch to heat the pump blade up.
