Will racing sponsons hold up while surf riding?

I race my Blaster in the Sport Spec class but also like to surf ride as much as possible. If I add front or rear sponsons to my ski, will they break off in the surf?

Also, which sponsons do you recommend? Pro Watercraft Racing sells some that are highly rated, but Tim Judge makes some rear sponsons that some prefer...

as long as there screwed and glued , no problem , mine are just glued with marine poly urethane , they haven't come off yet and that ski cops a biffen in the surf ,,
