SN Superjet Water bypass (pisser) question

I have a 701 Superjet and I am adding a pisser. I have a Tee, so when bypassing to the hull fitting, do I put the Tee in line from
the head to the bypass with the perpendicular portion going to the exhaust (pic 1) or do I have the perpendicular portion go to the bypass(pisser) and a straight shot from the head to the exhaust (pic 2)?

Are you running a stock exhaust or dry pipe? If so, then have the pisser come off the perpendicular side. When it comes to pressure tight 90's are not your friend. Make sure you have the pressure going where it's needed most. A pisser is just suppose to tell you your engine is cooling.
If you hav a wet pipe, most need a water line connecting the ends. I would suggest the 'T' go on that to make sure you know water is getting all the way through

Ya I have a stock pipe still, that's what I figured as I didn't want to restrict too much water getting to where it needed to be but I saw conflicting things on the forum. Hopefully I'll be getting a B pipe after the summer is up. Thank you!

I know this is super old, but do you know the size of the tube? I need to pick up a tee adapter, but would rather not take the hose off to measure it. Bought a 94 Blaster that doesn't have a pisser, but want to add one.
