Any input on a PJS VXL 900 ??

Couldn't resist picking one up ... I runs but pump is shot.
Anyone ride one of these before? Info on motor? Specs?
I know there aren't many left and parts are scarce but who knows...

Thinking of maybe putting it in an X2 ?? 110 hp 2 cylinder

    Thanks!

BinSB, be advised wherever this baby lands is going to forever be known as Jugs

EDIT- with a little luck, hopefully this thread can become a great source of info and specs for these really cool PJS machines

Here is a pump for you...I actually almost bought the same ski from my buddy here in NC but he had a blaster project I wanted instead, so my buddy as wizard's powersports bought the Seajet and parted it out.

mtrhead gave me some feedback on those a while back. Big and lazy engines he said based on the port timing and something about the cylinder spacing I believe. wmazz might also know about them too. Either way, that's a cool rare ski! I'm responding before I check the engine pic, but it has a side draft right?

Edit: yea I see it does. Also I wonder how these handle compared to the xir.

Anyone else know anything about these boats?
There is a 3 button security system that cuts the spark ... mine's working now but I wish I knew the code and how to enter it.

Rear pump bearing is literally gone and impeller pulled forward ruining itself on the pump shoe. Shoe fixable ... prop not so much.
Pump mounts to a flat plate with 4 bolts and O rings for the waterlines and bilge ... super easy to change props!
    Have another pump assembly coming.

Huge cylinders ... 85mm I think ... 165 psi in both with a little oil ... been sitting awhile.

Also has a really nice top-stop billet steering head.. upper hull is bi-axial S glass... nicely made. Bottom of hull has some special sponsons molded into the rear strakes. Look forward to a test run!

    Come on...someone must know something
