GP Guys - What are we thinking? LOL

Found this on our local Craigslist. So, What are we doing wasting our time with these Kawi 1100 and Seadoo 951 motors when you can build a 720 that does 70mph. LOL I sent the guy an email and challenged him to a race - winner gets the other guys HX. Think he'll accept - I sure hope so....

Really?? My mostly stocker is doing a tick over 53 and I weigh 240#s. Is it just because of the wet hull design and they just don't like going faster?

I had a 800 HX with pipe & they whole works & barely hit 60 but would get there quick. LOL

The hull is so long its hard to get speed out of them.

    Woooooooooooooooooow.

I don't think I wanna try to ride one at 70 anyway.

Was the 800 swap worth it? A buddy has a hull with no engine. And I keep thinking about building it :/
