    @MrSki! That is one clean ski! Also some crazy jetting on the 38sbn. I have never seen a 38mm carb with that low of pop off. Being I have to buy a carb anyway I will give it a shot!

    It's because of the wide open flame arrestor. You get a lot of air immediately and thus need fuel quicker. All my 550's are around this pop-off. This 432 Brute is basically a 440 reed engine.
