sxr with 951 protecting the carbs from water

    Hi

I have a sxr with a 951 in it. I was wondering if you make any type of snorkel kit for the carbs. They sit low in the hull and I want to protect them from water. Is there anyway to do this or do you have any suggestions as to what can be done?

    Thanks

Put outerwares on the filters. It's will help shed the water. This is one downfall of this design. Also make sure the hose clamps are tight at the exhaust manifold right above them. I found out the hard way at high rpm mine wasn't.
