Open up your wallet, buy one of each. I know you got that 2004-2008 purse money stashed away in a sock somewhere!

Maybe I will start racing again, too? Maybe if I didn't have to drive all over the country for one stinkin weekend!

Good point if did it now. How long has it been since they went from the 650cc to the 701cc? They maybe could of done it back when Kawi released the SXR ......

In most race series you can run a b pipe on the sj. only wf you can't.

The SJ is so much more fun to ride and it carves turns like butter! But you will find out how lazy you have got if you have been on an sxr for years.

    Buy a canoe.

Drink long island ice teas, and eat connoli's.

Drunk, not hungry, and in a canoe with a 7.5 hp 2 stroke out board sounds like such a good time.

    I'm down.

...and soggy connoli is not such a bad thing.

I've got one of each. Both are different, but like everyone else has said, they ride and handle different

Superjet hands down. Best all around ski ever made. Sxr is great for stability and a triple swap... I have ridden very competitive pro stock sxrs and sjs, the jet with a pipe does seem faster but I also am a die hard old roundnose rider so I am a bit biased to yamaha.

Yup, Had the same at one time. My Freestyle SJ and Race SXR. Each has a purpose. SXR - Lazy and Easy Newer SJ - Works your *** off but handles just as good, cannot be lazy.

Superjet with a dasa cylinder+stroker is the best of both worlds, you can race it and get holeshots and then go freeriding the week after. And you will be in good shape.

Not to mention the ease of working with only 2cyl. Triples seem to have more mechanical problems.
