    Re: Its Election season again...

I agree that Trump has some qualities unlike any other politician out there...because he isn't one. But his mouth is too much and his ideas are quite fascist. He's also done some rather reproachable things as a business man and the reality is that he would be nothing without the money his father loaned him. He dodged the draft, with money of course and if you know any Holocaust history, comparing him to Hitler is eerily easy. I find that people love the shock factor in him but, he is a closet racist whether you like it or not. Having a hot daughter and being willing to hurl insults at people don't qualify you as a leader of country. I ask because most of his 'Klan' (pun intended) can't come up genuine reasons to put a check in the box next to his name. He is the simply a fresh turd in a crop of petrified turds. Personally, if I was voting conservative, I'd vote Kasich. But I hate Ohio and everyone from Ohio and sadly the conservative party has no candidates worth voting for. Not a Reagan fan either, and I'm from California. The whole Iran contra thing and what he did that fueled a crack epidemic in the U.S. kind of turned me off to Reagan. Reaganomics was of no benefit to us either. It was a corporate take over and we funded it on our credit cards. The GOP needs another Ike if it hopes to survive the coming decades. Would I vote Trump over Hillary? I'd sooner just not vote and to be honest if either of them win the elections, I'm leaving the states.

Now because I am sure you are going to ask...my leader of choice is Bernie. No I don't want a free handout! No I am not a socialist and neither is Bernie, at least not in the sense that the bias media outlets have painted him in. I am a veteran (USMC 05-09), I used my GI bill and I'm a semester away from a bachelor's in mechanical engineering. I am sure getting quality healthcare coverage as a degreed engineer won't be problematic so his healthcare plans don't do me any good. So let one of you MFer's say I'm not Merica' and see what happens

So why Bernie? Oh let me count the ways...

-He wants to reduce the load on the VA, reform it and give veterans private healthcare. We all know that system is a huge mess.

-He wants to fund clean energy and reduce US oil dependancy. This serves us two fold in that it improves our economy by creating jobs here in the states and of course there's the positive environmental impact.

-His tax reformation plans balance things out in favor of the middle class. He wants to close the income gap and before you cry and call him a socialist, again, know that his tax plans won't affect you unless you taking home over $250k a year. I doubt a single one of us here is. And if you are a large enough business owner, you are going be required to provide jobs here in the U.S. based on your size and industry. No more sending your work to China for pennies on the dollar. AND becuase it's a system in which you must provide proof of employment, NO UNDOCUMENTED workers. Bet you didn't see that one coming did ya? It's not even so much about tax plans and employment requirements, its the balancing of power and money that the top 0.1% are hoarding. They have more than 90% of the rest of the country combined and with that they are capable of buying elections and funding media to hide their shenanigans. No more bs rigged politics. Your vote versus my vote, whoever has the most wins. That pretty fuggin Merica' in my book.

-Voted against wars in the middle east. The same wars perpetuated by the Bush administration that recently admitted there were no WMD's and they knew it the whole time. Those wars cost huge amounts of money, live's and injuries. Many veterans are going to spend thier lives with injuries and ailments from time in the middle east, myself included. No more unnecessary war please. I'm still hoping someday my bowels and mind recover. It's not looking so good.

-Education for all. Here in California we used to have essentially free education past high school. What did we get? Places like the Silicon Valley, which is the technology epicenter of the world. You know... smart phones, computers, the fuggin internet! Our students fed the growth of technology that impacted the world in so many ways. Now students are coming from India and China and taking over our best Universities because we the American people can no longer afford to send our kids to school. It's the retardation of a society. The current generations are far less educated persay but, they make up for it by being tech savvy so it's working...for now. Even Forbes, being the masters of money they are, have published articles explaining how easy it would be to provide a college education for the masses.

-Voted yes on No Budget, No Pay for congress, expansion of public safety officer benefits, Bring jobs home act, middle class tax cut, prohibition of pharmaceutical companies delaying release of generic drugs, prohibition of insider trading by government officials, federal reserve transparency act...The dude is voting in favor of the people!

    Check it out for yourself...

But that's just how I see things. Fox news has a strong hold on the minds of folks easily scared (or dim witted) which keeps them and the politicians they work for PAID and CNN paints pretty pictures of Hillary to hide the fact that she is a corporate sell out who would fug her own mother for a dollar. Turn off the TV folks and do some research of your own. You might be surprised at what you find.

Yea that's the big Trump supporter tag line lol. I never hear what it is he tells it like though because he's too busy belittling Cruz and Rubio to actaully answer questions.

    Re: Its Election season again...

I understand why people want Trump. Its not the man, its the movement. Most people that support him acknowledge his douchiness and are willing to accept that because he is not part of the establishment and the status quo. The enemy is the establishment, and the enemy of the establishment at this point is Trump (and Bernie). The enemy of my enemy is my friend as the saying goes. Personally, I cant stand the guy, and I dont think he has as much business sense as people give him credit for (just google it if you dont believe me and you will find a lot of Trump failures). That said, I'll vote for him any day over Hillary. I believe she is much more poisonous to our country that Trump is.

Its just too bad that you have to be a billionaire in this country to be a political outsider and actually mount any type of legitimate campaign. I think we're at a point in time that we can actually throw out the two party system if we all united together and threw our support behind one non-establishment candidate. The Trump and Bernie support shows us that. It just takes too much money, which is the problem to begin with.

I'd also like to add that, as conservative as I am, I would vote for Bernie in the general election if he were to win the nom. Sure, he would be bad for this country in a lot of ways, but my analogy is that he is like chemotherapy. Its bad for the patient, but it will kill the cancer and the patient will be healthier after a recovery period. The cancer in this case is big money in politics. It should simply be illegal. If I tried to "lobby" a police officer out of a ticket by donating money to him I would go to jail for bribery.

    Re: Its Election season again...

^^^Ahh logic. That thing that so many America's simply don't possess. Scary actually. Nice to see someone else that can think for himself. I don't pledge allegiance to either party. Too me, that's like telling a cheating girlfriend that no matter how many times she gives me the clap, I'll still be there. Allegiance is exactly why the two party system is going so strong and why politicians can constantly drill us in the keister without consequences. They know at least half of us are going to turn a blind eye. Love the analogies btw.

Here's a very specific "concrete" Trump proposal which neither Cruz, nor Rubio, nor Bernie, nor Kasich, nor Hilary, nor any other establishment politician will ever endorse, advocate or build:

    THE WALL!

    One issue, won and done!
