    Kawasaki TS stuck steering nozzle

I found a Kawasaki TS that I want to buy, but I noticed that the steering nozzle is not moving, it's stuck and so is the handlebar.
Does anyone know what can possibly happened? The ski hasn't worked for some years. Apart from that the ski is in very good condition.

Sounds like the steering cable froze up, corrosion, rust, ect.

Replacing there is possible for sure but it will cost you a couple of hours plus the part.
Never argue with an idiot, they will drag you down to their level then beat you with experience.

Is it possible to make it move again without replacing it? It seems very difficult to replace it. Perhaps with some WD40?

No. it is actually pretty easy to replace, just run high test fishing line when you pull it out so you can run it back through

I would disconnect the nozzle and steering arm from underneath and see if the cable moves when them connected. Then check the other connections, maybe the steering is frozen over, good luck.

replace it like you do trailer lights. remove one end of the cable. Get the new cable and put it end to end with the old one wrap just enough tape around the two to hold them together. Then when you pull the old cable thru the pvc tube the new one should follow it right out. You will have to remove the rear collar where it come out of the bulkhead to the steering nozzle.
