Honda Aquatrax frozen Water damage. Repair options?

I just picked up a 03 Honda Aquatrax where it was not winterized properly. I rode it and came back and found the hull 1/2 full of water. I saw two locations leaking: (1) Front engine cover and (2) bottom of exhaust loop, where a freeze plug is.

How can I repair these? Where else should I check for leaks/damage from freezing?

I still havent fixed my front engine cover as yet.
I am thinking about replacing it. Do I need to pull the engine in order to replace the front cover or can it be replaced with the engine in the ski?

Most guys pull the engine but they say you can get it off without pulling the engine you may have to unstrap your gas tank and slide it forward.

3m 5200 works for sealing the front cover crack. Not beautiful but it sure works if done correctly!

I head that I could use JB Weld as well, but I am thinking that I want to pull it off and weld it or something. I would not want a water failure while out on the water... thoughts?

Or maybe I could seal it and add a high flow second bilge pump as a backup. Thoughts?

Those front covers shouldn't be that much money I've seen some for sale in the past?
