question on unloading skis on beach

I will eventually be moving to West Ashley to be with my girlfriend.I was wondering can one unload skis onto a beach dolly and take them into the surf or do you have to go to a marina and unload them.I know this is somewhat of a stupid question but I don't know South Carolina's laws very well nor do I wanna clash w them. Thanks for the replies

I don't believe this is prohibited under SC law; however, some communities such as Myrtle Beach and Horry County prohibit launching jet ski's from the beach during summer months. Not sure about Charleston area rules. Also be aware SC law requires idle speed only within 100 yds of the Atlantic shoreline.
