this ride is from a few weekends ago. It was the first water test after the engine rebuild. The flashing light on the dash is caused by the cam sensor not being seated properly

Gonna get the FX140 out this weekend and burn some fuel. I do this every (4) weeks during the colder months. Not planning to put it in the water. Just planning a driveway run for winter maintenance purposes. I am not fogging. I do not use antifreeze. I have a pint of Seafoam in the fuel and a bit of Seafoam in the oil. Planning to push some lubricant into my shielded cables. Will lubricate the “reverse” cable first. It has dried out and it sticks after the ski has been sitting for a while. I keep my battery on a battery tender and will likely get another season of use from it. Any rusty areas on the trailer will get a spray of 50/50 mix kerosene/motor oil. Will put some protectant on the seat to help slow the drying process.

Been doing some basic maintenance and repair on my 20 year old Waverunner. I installed some new trailer chains today and have a winch handle on order. Will put it on the water this week. If the 2023's suit me, I think I will buy one. I am ready for a new one
