Re: Kawaski SC 750 Conversion Build!

I pulled the very clean and healthy 650 from the SC today.. Pretty simple process and I should have the fuel tank and massive water box out by tomorrow.. Then it will be time for a good power washing. I also need to pull the pump and install the Skat Trak impeller..

BLrider is putting the final touches on the freshly rebuilt small pin 750, and I should have it soon.. I was also pleased to see a diverter style exhaust manifold that will be an easy and good fit for the Coffmans pipe.

The 650 engine that I pulled is nice and in very good condition and I'm tempted to drop it into a JS hull.. However, if someone local needs a good complete 650 engine with electronics, I am open to offers.

Can you snap me a pic of the tunnel between the water in and bilge? Im looking to add trim and want to see if there is room for the cable.

The engine is coming together nicely. I am planning to get this completed by Sunday (without ignoring my wife). I'll post some pic's over the weekend.

Sorry for being late to the party.

Awesome! I should have the impeller installed and the hull ready for the 750. I think I want to use that PJS water box you have as well. So we will have to figure that into the deal.

Should be a lot more fun with the 750. I have the complete 650 engine that came from the ski listed on the Parts For Sale section of the site.. It is an extremely clean engine with carb, ebox and entire electronics. I will consider decent offers and maybe trades?? Here is a link.

From the pic's above I think my PJS waterbox will fit in that space nicely.
