    Kawaski SC 750 Conversion Build!

One of my good friends has become a vintage ski addict and he prefers unique watercraft. Last fall I helped him put together an X2 with with a few bolt on goodies and he also owns a Sea-Doo HX and two Kawasaki SC's.

One of his SC's will be the subject for this build thread. Plans are to drop a freshly rebuilt small pin 750 (Built by the capable hands of BLrider) with a 44 Mikuni SBN, Coffmans pipe and possibly a PJS water box. Impeller options are still being considered before a choice is made.

This should be a fairly simple and fun build with hope to wake this SC up a bit with some much needed horsepower and torque.

I just need to clear some room in my garage and the patient will soon be under the knife. Pictures will be added soon..

This should be a bunch of fun to play on!
Never argue with an idiot, they will drag you down to their level then beat you with experience.

Wait until you see the pictures of this thing! It has a pretty wild Bay Watch theme going on....

What impeller pitch and brand did you go with? Did you use the Coffmans pipe? If so, what water box? Thanks!!

Currently it has a stock cut SXR but I need more RPM,s its turning 6200 @ 40MPH. I just dropped in a Skat SX650 prop to see where the RPM,s are. Its a Coffmans pipe and waterbox.

Re: Kawaski SC 750 Conversion Build!

SC parts are piling up! Kurt should be done rebuilding the 750 engine soon and I will have pretty much everything ready for the build.. Still up in the air about the water box. We are considering using a PJS box or perhaps a Sea Doo box that I have. Mock up will give us more information as I move forward. I hope to have room in my garage soon so I can pull the 650 engine and pump.
