Lake arbutus in Clark/Jackson county

It's my local lake,there are 3 different campgrounds on the lake,local bars/supper clubs. Central Wisconsin. Would make a great weekend ride if enough people wanted to set up something. Can book campsites online at anytime. Or could try putting a one day ride also. There are plenty of landings on the lake as well. Could possibly rent a shelter in the main park. Not a problem with skis on the lake as long as laws are followed.

for camping info as well as lake info. There are rarely many skis on the lake. Would be a great time if we could get a dozen or more people on board....

Looks like a nice area, it's a 2.5 hour drive for me, which would make it a little difficult for a day trip but plausible. I could see camping for a weekend if enough people committed.

Can get around 10 skis on my site. Plus public landing has beaching area.my site is rite by the parks launch.could do a day ride or weekend if enough people r on board

What park did you get a site at? I'm hoping the West one....

I can probably make it to this. I have that entire week off, so I could make my way up there. My parents used to live there. I didn't ride there last year, but I did ride the year before.

This is a great area for recreation and vacationers!! It's a party on the weekend up there.

Yep I did get west side..Russell memorial. Site 34.. Its only 4 or 5 sites from the launch in the park

are you on Facebook? It might help to create an Event in the Badgerland Jetpilots group. There is a ride this weekend, then the FREERIDE at the end of may/early June.

I booked two sites. One on the water And one just inland from the water site. They are single camper units with electric. The water site will hold prolly 8 to 10 skis. Would be a great day ride. Unless someone wants to camp the weekend as well. I do have the one extra site if someone wants to camp, otherwise book an inland site and my water site can be used for beaching.

anyone have any updates? i have an open site yet if someone needs a campsite. its not on the water..just across the camproad from my water site....
