Kawasaki 440 different colour spark plugs

Hello everyone, I have a Kawasaki 440 and I rebuilt the engine during winter. A few days ago, after a ride I removed the spark plugs to check them and I noticed that the had different colour. The spark plug of the front cylinder (the one near the gas tank) had a black and a little wet colour, while the other one of the rear cylinder (the one near the electric box) was dry with a grey colour IMG_20130825_195502.jpgIMG_20130825_195516.jpgIMG_20130825_195843.jpgIMG_20130825_195908.jpgIMG_20130825_195925.jpgIMG_20130825_195944.jpg.

My questions are: How can this happen? I mean can one cylinder run rich and the other run lean?
Can this lean mixture be dangerous for the cylinder?

The next day I rode again the jet ski and after the ride I removed again the spark plugs. They had almost the same colour.

I also noticed looking through the spark plug hole that the piston of the front cylinder has a shiny and a little bit brown colour while the other one has something like black tar deposits on top of it.
Can anyone help me fix this?
    Thank you!

your plug leads may need to be chopped back a little , just snip 1/4 inch and screw the boot back on ,also replace the plugs with new to get a correct reading , ,if t his fails to fix > check that the head gasket is well ealed ,

I' m gonna tighten the head bolts and maybe I wil turn out a little the high speed jet needle to see if it makes any difference.
