I just picked up the same boat last week. Far from mint condition but everything working less the reverse cable. I hope to get it in the water next week after fixing a little damage on the bottom of the hull. After a little goggling I found out about the same thing. Great little boat, just a bit underpowered with the stock 650 motor. I did take it to the scales after reading about the foam getting water logged on some early models. It came in at 1175 lbs boat, motor and trailer. Boat and motor should be about 800 lbs max. I don't know the weight of the trailer but I'm thinking 200-225 lbs max. Looks like mine has some water in the foam, will know a little better once I get the trailer weighed. Right now I just plan to play with it stock to see if I think its worth upgrading the motor this winter.

goes pretty good with the 760 i didnt get to drive it stock, had to change the coupler and the head but it dropped right in, it needs a prop but it did about 35 with 3 ppl, I found the teleflex steering box and cable last night on ebay for around 100 each, looked at the title last night and the boat is actually a 93, what does your boat have in it for a gas tank?
