Yes, I've been there a few times in the past. I usually ride at lake norrel north of benton or ouachita. What did you do to the conversion ski this winter?
If the guy is at the gate its like 5 bucks to open the gate and I roll in for the day. Sometimes hes not even there, and the gate will just be open. Had Jetskisolutions redo my spark plug wires as they were toast. Rejetted and rebuilt the carb, and installed a quicksteer plate. Also have a big boy Sudco 42 I want to try out at somepoint. Ski ran good last year but was always a little lean up top. I fattened up the jets and got a aftermarket flame arrestor. Last summer I topped off around 47mph, hope to hit that 50 mark this summer. Might have to get one of my skinny friends on there and zip tie the throttle down, but I think it can do it.
Wow, you have that thing moving. I think I'm hitting around 43 on my conversion ski. It only has a 650 in it though. I need a taller prop I'm on a 18. I'm hopping to hit around 50 on my 750sx this year. I mainly have been concentrating on that ski. I like the more stable hull design.
I have to work but i may get out some towards the end of the week. I don't think my conversion ski will be ready, but i do need to finish tuning the carbs on my 750 x2 and make sure my 650 won't sink

Yes, Norrel is the Hot Bed for all Saline County Jet Ski activity......haha. Good to meet ya Jared. I'm Mark Rogers. We also a another Jared that rides with us some. I think his user name is "JustTwistIt" I think. We are getting close to hitting the water. I know Jeff is, I talked to him today. Maybe in another month to get all my projects tied up and I'll be ready to go.

I seen the other Jared in Benton a couple weeks ago when i was trading a jet ski. He was driving by and stopped for a bit, i thought it was kinda crazy. We definitely need to set something up, I'm beyond ready to ride again.
Jared,
I would ALWAYS bring my wrenches. ha

Oh, my bad.... Mostly sanding. I redid the bottom again. Last year I added 1/2" of strake detph. I used a lot on bondo and some fiberglass to encapsulate it. That was not the way to do it. So, I sanded all that off and went back with straight Expoy Resin and Fumed Silica "Peanut Butter". Sanding the resin is tough stuff. I'm using like 46 grit and it hardly touches it. I'm close to having it finished. Plus I'm converting a bass boat trailer into my new trailer. It will hold a three seater up front and two standups in the back......Nice!!
