I did the best I could to decribe in detail the ramps that I know of. Note that towards the end of the list, ramps are on the St. Clair River.
When traveling the St. Clair River, please be careful and use caution, look out for ferrys and stay in the marked channels. Especially by the Pine River, be cautious of the "Middle Grounds," an extremely shallow shoal int he middle of the river, stay in the markers. Same with Stag Island near Marysville, and around Fawn Island by the Belle River. The St. Clair river is no place to fool around if you are unfamiliar with the area. There are a lot of experienced skippers traveling the river at any time, as well as shipping traffic. Share the channel with the freighters, they have the right of way.
As for Lake St. Clair, it is best to have a little bit of local knowledge/experience in certain areas. Otherwise, just be careful if you are unfamiiliar with the area, and know the rules of the road.
All DNR ramps charge a fee to enter unless you have an annual pass. In the Algonac State Park launch, you must have a State Park pass.
If anyone else has any other sites that I missed, feel free to contact me and I'll add them in.
