    Re: b1 155 pump ... jet dynamics

Lol, you're sick. Can always cut and spline. Don't know the cost though.
Put another wear ring 2" on it and move the pump back. That should still have enough splines for it to work.

The yamaha 500 driveshafts are a little shorter I think.

    Re: b1 155 pump ... jet dynamics

i know i have a guy that will do that for free, but i am trying to come up with the parts combo that will bolt right in, will be helpful for other members trying the same build, or just good imfo for other builds, i would try the set back pump but that would only be good for handling, im trying to make a cheap freestyle boat, flat water bf at best , if its possible

Oh no don't have Henry spline a shaft lol.. I would think a custom drive line company would do it for $30-50 there is one over in westside redding.
( Girlfrends are cheap X2,s are expensive )

    Re: b1 155 pump ... jet dynamics

looks like alot of the same shafts fluctuate within a half inch or so, guess the best or easiest solution would be use the 99 gp shaft. just wish i had a use for the other wr shafts in my garage
