FX-1 Bogs when doing tail stand.

I posted this in the fx1 section as well, but this section probably gets more traffic so I am posting here too.
My fx1 bogs when doing a tail stand. I don't think it's fuel related (but I could be wrong). It acts as if the exhaust is very restricted. Once it gets back tilted about 45 degrees back to horizontal, the bog clears and runs fine.
Ski runs great other than this. Has b-pipe but otherwise stock.
By the way it's not an issue with low fuel, tank was full.
    Thanks for any advise offered.

Sounds like a waterbox problem. Either too much water in it or a broken baffle.
