    HELP!!!! Js550 stator problem

Hi guys it's been awhile, a new hunting dog has taken up most of my time lately. But anyways I'm looking for a stator in good condition with uncut wires. But I was also wondering if there was a way to rewire the stator I already have, because it's brand new its just the wires were cut so now I think that my connections are not good enough for the stator to work properly. And if they could be required how would I go about doing that? Help on this matter would really be appreciated.

just solder the wires and make sure you tape them well. I dont think that will cause any problems. Save your self some $$$.

Shrink wrap the solder connections with self sealing shrink wrap. The pins can be purchased at radio shack, Fry's, etc and installed with a pin crimper available at any tool store worth its salt.

Ok thanks guys. One more question. What solder should I use? Because the general solder I tryed to use before wasn't holding it kept falling off.

+1 on the shrink tubing. i use rosin core electrical solder that i bought at radioshack. you may need to use some flux if its not holding.

If you do not have access to solder or a solder gun, heat shrink butt crimp connectors will do the trick:
