Its for a cap, then run mixed gas.

So I cap that on the inlet manifold. Then where do I run the primer to?

The kit I have requires removing the choke plate and shaft. A plug goes in one hole and the primer "jet" in the other. The holes where the shaft was.

Supposedly if you run your primer there, it can suck fuel from the primer when you dont want it to, thus making your mixture impossible to nail down.

Seems like you could also have that problem by running your primer to a (former) choke plate hole.

Below the throttle plate is big vacuum, above is little to none. Cap the intake mani holes and put the primer in the top of the carb.

^^^^ What he said. Cap that hole and use the choke plate holes as the instructions suggest.
