    To ride the Willamette here in Portland requires a hazmat suit.

    i think even in West Salem. i try to stay dry as much as possible and if i ever get wet, i go straight to the Courthouse steam room and shower.

    We ride the Columbia upstream from the Willamette. Even this late in the season the yacht traffic by the launch at 42nd and Marine drive is still making tasty wakes.

    I rode on Groundhog's day in 2008 when it was 36. Even with proper gear it is not a lot of fun. My season starts about mid-April when the river gets back to the mid 40s. The wild bunch is in Seattle. They go during the winter. If you have noticed it is kind of dead here on PWCtoday most of the Northwest group online action these days is in this Facebook group:

    Looking forward to another great season soon! Right now it's the first weekend of the month which is when I hook up the battery charger to the ski overnight. Just three more times of that then it's brapp time.

    my ski is down for the winter build at moment so no riding here till late spring. Need to get a new wetsuit
    87 650sx. quick steer, oil block off, primer, 38mm keihin. skat trac 36v impeller, ocean pro ride plate, jet sport intake grate. attwood 500gph bilge on water witch switch. SOLD!!!

    90 X2 650 Finger Throttle, Oil Block off, Crank Drain Block Off, Drilled Water Box, Coffman Pipe, Milled Head 175psi, SBN44, Top Loader Intake, Skat 15.5. Front Fill.

    86 JS300, Finger Throttle, SBN38. 650 head gasket, oil block off Exercise mat turf (custom).

    87 300sx , Mariner pipe, ss impeller.

    Went out on Friday and it was really nice. Can't wait to get the 750sx back and rip some turns!
