Brad Davis' 1100 SJ - kawi

For all of the people who have asked me about it, here are some pics of Brad's kawi 1100 08 SJ. I will go on record as saying it is the most fun lake stand up I have ever ridden. The Kawi motor rocks if you know how to set it up and the SJ is so much more playful than the SXR. I love riding this thing.

Thanks to Casey from IPD for hooking us up with some awesome graphics. Took me a while, but I finally got it all done this evening.

Re: Brad Davis' 1100 SJ - kawi

Ski started out as a 08 sj hull...

    Hull mods include...
    Tubbie destroyers.
    Tray widened 7 inches.
    Painted stright black.
    RPot carbon fiber hood.

    Motor set up
Brand new kawi 1100 crank true welded
New Cases ported cylinder ported by pat Sanford
    New Rpm head 150 compression
    New V2 reeds reed spacers
    Rd true 1100 intake mani
    3 new sbn 46s
    3 new taus
    Exhaust mod by J.A.M.
    New rd advance plate
    Rad dudes bed plate
    Kawi 1100 couplers
    ATP gutted water box

    Pump
    New 144 solas mag pump
New solas stainless steel wear ring
    New hooker
    Pro tec down trim
    Pro tec ride plate
    Worx 201 intake grate

    Pole
    Rrp pole
    ATP pole bracket and spring
    Rrp 50mm risers
    Rrp steering set up

Now the fun part cramming it all into the hull... Sooo much fun il tell yeah what...

Hull must be ground down in ft. For tank to fit chamber basically got a be cut and rewelded due to clearance on hull. Got a cut stock rear exhaust carb hits exhaust over there if u don't. Stock battery will not fit will hit carbs must mid batter tray. Gas tank must be dented in or it will not fit.

It's a big puzzle. Anything that u want a do tanks in the way..remove the ebox pull tank motor then u can get to it it will not slip rite out. Rejecting is simple on mine I can remove the exhaust tube and get rite to the carbs. But that's basically the only simple thing on the ski...

The ski is a blast to ride handles very well.. And like Scottie said it's a very play full ski...
At least when my string hangs out I still ride...
