The Kawi motor rocks if you know how to set it up and the SJ is so much more playful than the SXR. I love riding this thing.

Center bleed will work but u still havd to chop out alot of the chamber..witch i dont think any one else has done a sj1100 including rad dudes. So theres no messurments to go off of untill u bolt it down in the hull as i didnt take any messurments. And getting the exhaust off is a pain in the as$..
Rad dudes blaster mid shaft will not work..

Got any pictures of the pipe cutting , welding ? How much you had to chop ? Also sounds like you had to cut the exhaust tube down some . How much did you shorten it ? Would be nice to see some more pictures .
Yeah I should have taken some while I was messing around under the hood. But il get some pics. I know I went into the chamber about half inch.on the outside there is no water jacket. I finally got around to making a mid shaft cover tonite..the ebox mounted behind the motor is very close to the hood latch the 3 boltes for the latch are rite there so the eboxis about 1/8 of a inch under that. So a stock sj or kawi coupler cover will not work as theres about 1.25 inch of gap between motor and ebox. So I made a coupler. Cover outa fiber glass.
Yes mark...1.25 don't matter what hull u put it in everyone is going to be a 1.25 raider b1 sj use the shaft that goes to that ski. Motor mounts don't move on them as they are all the same only thing diffent is mid shaft/driveshaft.
