    There's a bit of decal removal that needs to happen as well although I might leave that and the vinyl wrap for the winter.

    I can't believe I just found this post. $1200!!!!! For a 920 VE HX!??? That's an incredible deal man!

    If your XP is close to stock I'm willing to bet this HX will out top end it and it will blow the doors off of both your skis out of the hole. You're in for a wild ride man. I can't wait to hear this ride report. Keep us posted!

    What is your preferred method? I am half way there but went through a can of of carb cleaner and a can of 3M adhesive remover to do the starboard side:

    I finished replacing all the fuel and small water lines (purple for fuel, blue for water):

    I ordered a 12' length of .5" silicone hose for the large water lines, similar to what I did with the XPL.

    Use a heat gun for the stickers. Makes the job so much easier!!

    Heat gun to remove decal brake cleaner to remove the adhesive.

    Jettrim goodies arrived today:

    new seat cover, small splash guard, and enough extra, matching vinyl to cover the knee pads.
