    help with installing MSD total loss on X2

    i recently put a 800cc kawi motor in a x2 and im going to install an analog T/L system in it. im trying to figure out where and how is the best place to mount this system. also if anyone out there has a plate or box that i can just buy and plug and play that would be great too. thanks in advance

    nose of the ski on the right side, or in the stock location
    92 x2 750 Rius racing portwork, dual 44 Mikuni carbs , factory blaster limited chamber, Triton head, front hull mod, rear exhaust, solas mag pump 13/22 impeller, custom PJS speed plate, R&D stealth intake grate, umi steering, rad dudes quicksteer, 650 electronics. 5X

    I used to hang them above the gas tank from an aluminum plate mounted to the underside of the hood hinge.

    xscream makes a really nice mounting plate you could use

    does anyone have a pic of how they set theirs up? i think above the gas tank sounds like the best idea.

    I originally zip tied everything under the surf brace but they broke at wave daze now I have cushion clamps around the brace bolted to the coil and msd
    88 x2 (Satan) small pin 750, msd total loss, mariner waterbox, 44mm sbn, pro-k F/A, 13/18 sxr impeller, large bore nozzle, factory pipe with b1 chamber, 1.5 cut off the back, RAD DUDES surf brace

    I have had them bolted behind the squirel cage and also in the small storage box under the seat.
