    Chris, which start/stop switch are you using?

    Currently, a vertical Kawasaki switch, but I also figured out the match up for a Yamaha switch to Kawasaki ebox.

    Keep in mind, the inside of the ebox is a rats nest of wires. There are many other colors NOT highlighted in my drawing, as those will remain untouched (stator wires, coil wires, etc.). I get rid of all the unnecessary things like, fuse block circle, water temp sensor and all the crappy red and white original connectors.

    Re: My Sport Open Spec SeaDoo HX-1100 Build

    Today's update;

    - Picked up my new drive line from the machinist today. The shortened 951 shaft was fine, but I wanted to have kawi/kawi matching front and seadoo/seadoo matching rear. The Kawi parts are 900 size couplers and rubber dampener with 1100 driveshaft cut, shortened, threaded and pressed into seadoo coupler removed from an XPL front shaft. The seadoo parts are the beefier 951 five finger couplers and rubber dampener. Balanced like a dream, fit like a glove.

    - Finished the oversize fuel pickup baffle and larger filter fit to a yamaha bracket and rubber holder. I could have just done what all the 800/951 HX conversions do, and use a shortened XPL 951 fuel pick assembly, but for next to nothing spent, I choose the trick little custom part.

    - Cut down the kawi throttle cable bracket, as I won't be needing the choke cable section.

    - Hoisted the motor in, after first wrapping it in protective plastic. Simple.

    - Ebox fit tested perfectly.

    - R&D filter also test fit perfectly.

    More to come soon. Happy Holidays.

    Need to give a big thanks to Chris for helping me figure out the wiring for the 1100 kawi to Yamaha start stop switch. I would have never gotten that straight.

    Ski looks awesome bro.

    I will let Chris do it, he has nice schematics. If I do it, it will look like chicken scratch!
