My Sport Open Spec SeaDoo HX-1100 Build

Build is almost complete, so I figured now would be a good time to show the progress up until this point.

With trying to keep the weight balanced in this hull, I have been weighing every part and relocating them (i.e. battery and ebox) where possible.

Thankfully, I have a buddy that can turn my exact templates into metal and can tig weld with the best of 'em.

    Here's some highlights:

    - 951 xpl front drive shaft; cut, tapered, shortened, pinned and balanced.
    - Kawasaki 650 bed plate; modified, tig welded, gusseted, media blasted and painted.
    - Aluminum Ebox bracket; mounts stock box on carb side, tig welded and turfed.
    - Ebox simplifying; internal box cleanup, re-wiring, timing jump, and new battery cables.
    - Stainless exhaust outlet; right side of hull, tow hook incorporated.
    - Yamaha GP760 water box; cut, modified, tig'd back together and turfed.
    - Stock 1100 exhaust; dry out mods, stinger fitting added and lower out line relocated.
    - New bottom end; seals, crank, oring and collar.
    - Aluminum upsized (3/8") fuel pickup assembly.
    - Kawasaki 900 motor side coupler with SeaDoo 951 dampner.
    - Stator cooling plugged, oil injection blocked off and font bearing deleted.
    - New top end; pistons, gaskets, over bore, and cylinder media blasted and painted.
    - Pro Design head; 33cc domes new oring kit, and tapped for extra cooling.
    - Battery; relocated to rear with aluminum stringer glassed in and tapped.
    - Intake side; new CDKCV rack, R&D ProLite filter, 900 manifold, new reeds/stuffers/blocks and all gaskets.
    - Goki aftermarket (stronger) motor mounts.
    - Inside hull; front quarter inner hull removed, fiberglass reinforced center, inside prepped and cleaned and fresh epoxy coated.

    More to come soon.
