Skat-Trak is announcing some production changes for the Kawasaki 800 SX-R Scoop Grates..........

Our race proven performance intake scoop grate for the Kawasaki 800 SX-R Jet Ski has a twin scoop, top loader design and is a great set up to maximize acceleration and hook up in rough water conditions without sacrificing top speed. The top loader design is meant to hang down below the bottom plane of the watercraft hull. The IJSBA allows the intake grate to be 12.00 mm (.047 in.) below the flat plane of the pump intake area. Our intake grate is within this allowed limit.

A production change for our Kawasaki 800 SX-R Scoop Grates now allows us to cast this part in either Aluminum or Stainless Steel and with or without the second scoop cut away. The production change in the 800 SX-R intake grate was made to work in conjunction with our new Aluminum Kawasaki 800 SX-R Pump Shoe. Our original Kawasaki 800 SX-R intake grate is compatible with the new Kawasaki 800 SX-R Pump Shoe as well.

Our Aluminum Pump Shoe works in conjunction with our original top loader Scoop Grate or our new cut away version. The cut away intake grate is recommended with our New Kawasaki 800 SX-R Pump Shoe to allow greater hook up in cornering and maximize water flow into the inlet.

I tried but the photos I have are too large to post here. I just got a new computer and the software that came on it is very different than what I had before. I can't find where I can re-size it anywhere.. I'll keep looking though...... I know rookie stuff... but I'm still learning.

are we allowed to change the shoe in the stock class, because if we are my main problems with mad dogs jump is over
