    Re: Kenny Keepers installed

can someone explain to me how keepers are suppose to work? I saw them on some motor mounts in the blowsion booth at world finals and was fairly surprised at what they were. I thought they were something more along the lines of a support higher on the motor to prevent movement.

does the post of the keeper stick into the bed pan therefore keeping the motor stationary?? please inform a currently unknowledgeable mind.

yes the keepers bolt up to the front motor mounts and had stoppers that are formed to the shape of the bed pan. so when you lawn dart the ski and the motor mounts break your motor does not go through the front of the ski. I have them totally forgot to show you garret lol.

Eh, no. They prevent the motor from moving foreward so that the mounts don't break. Not so the motor doesn't come or the nose, lol.
If I sound like a moron, it's only because I haven't typed enough words yet.

Sorry about the late reply...These are Kawi keepers. So they get mounted in the rear? A pic would still do me wonders even if it's at Yami setup.
