    Re: The Question Game

I'd feel not great at all. I guess I'm old fashioned. I still open the car's passenger door for my GF every time we go somewhere. My dad taught me to, and I taught my son to do the same, and every time I see my son do it, it makes me really happy and proud. A little old fashioned?

    Re: The Question Game

A whole lot of old fashioned!

But I do the EXACT same thing for my wife. I always open her car door, store’s door etc. I also taught my boys to be a gentleman. So I too am a proud Pappa!

Do you buy groceries in bulk? Or buy as you need or see fit?

A little bit of both. Having a grocery 1/2 mile away, so the need isn't really there, but my pantry is packed.

Ever drive an 18 wheeler? If no, what's the biggest vehicle you've driven?

    Re: The Question Game

Never drove an 18 wheeler before...

But I sure would love too! My job is filled with large trucks and sometimes even larger specialized equipment. Largest vehicle I’ve driven was a transport truck that carried money. It weighed about 30k lbs., dual rear wheels and MASSIVE amounts of torque throughout the power band of the motor. That thing was fun to drive! It was an automatic transmission. But I’ve driven large commercial or specialized vehicles/equipment that had a manual transmission. My company only really deals in heavy duty equipment. There are Camry’s and passenger cars and also SUV’s. But the large heavy duty equipment is required in the work that I’ve done and currently do. Class A or a Class B with “P” endorsements are required. It’s Hell of fun to drive those vehicles!

26' moving truck, so I guess with the cab included 36' or so. Funny but the ride quality was about the same as my F250...pretty damn lousy.

Rather swim in the ocean or a lake?

    Ocean for sure…

Do you pack a brown bag or buy your lunch when at work?

I bring leftovers into work maybe once a week, eat out the rest of the time (still burping up my Costco hot dog)

Ever owned a Roomba or other type of Robot vacuum?

    Re: The Question Game

    I haven’t…

But I’ve always been interested in owning one. I recently learned that Roomba is being bought by Jeff Bezos since it already works with Alexa or something like that.

I don’t own a “Smart Box” like an Alexa or Google whatever thingy.

If you own a Smart Box. Would you recommend it to me to own?

No smart box here, the wife and I unplugged it back about 2015, didn't need google or Amazon listening to us, the phones are bad enough. My brother uses.google home and loves it.

Ever been the recipient of a surprise party?

    Re: The Question Game

    I never have actually…

And for the record, today is my b-day. No surprise party here. I guess nobody likes me that much. Not surprising that there is no surprise party.

Bought an electric bug zapper and tried it out today. I just heard a loud POP/ZAP! It was pretty loud!

Have you ever owned one of these 1970’s era bug zappers?
